Events

At Ceremony, we love coming together with our guests and partners to build our knowledge about coffee.

Ceremony's events are held at our Cafes, Workshops, and Roastery in Annapolis, Baltimore, and Washington DC.

Our Weekly Coffee Breaks are completely free of charge and take place from 11am-12pm every Wednesday in Baltimore (520 Park Ave), Thursday in Washington DC (1228 31st St NW), and Saturday in Annapolis (90 Russell St).

Our @Home Class Series are designed for home baristas and incur a small fee. To register, please go to the middle column and click on the link provided for your desired class.

Our Wholesale Labs are complementary for our wholesale accounts, but we do ask that baristas register so we can ensure there are enough spots. Please sign-up by clicking on Register for the class of your choice. A full rundown of our classes may be found at our Courses webpage by clicking here. If the class you're interested in isn't available (reads: FULL), please contact our trainer by clicking here.

We can make room for other interested industry professionals and aspiring home baristas in our Wholesale Labs. You can now head to the online store to pay for classes or by calling our roastery office at 410-626-0011. Click here to view our current selection.

Join us for a class that goes beyond craft. Let's take a step back and think about the big picture, starting with a thought-provoking session on customer service and hospitality. How do we give our guests an experience they'll want to share? How should we talk about coffees? What happens when problems arise? We'll discuss these questions and more to help raise your customer experience game. We'll then explore the story a coffee seed and its journey through cultivar, terroir, harvest, process, storage, and roast. You will gain the knowledge you need to help your guests make more enlightened decisions.
